To begin with starting some extensive measurements, let's recognize the general(whole-span) resonance waveform first, that played arco(down-bowing) and forte, taking horizontal lattice width as 100 milliseconds on oscilloscope.
In the case of 'without endpin', all resonance waveforms from sound(=top plate vibration), bridge, tailpiece and tail-pin(lower bouts) seem taking similar forms and they also seem sharing an unified resonance.

How is a cello resonating when a pure pizzicato is plucked or when played forte by arco?
How is a tailpiece(or bridge) sharing the mechanical resonance?
Can whole span waveform chart give us any hint to the "response"?
Further measurements will be taken place and some topics will probably be posted soon.
