A(221Hz)-G(393Hz) notes on A-string were studied. Conditions and methods are very similar to the former C(66Hz)- research, however an old German cello additionally participated in this measurement mainly testing several tailpieces/tailpiece weight.
The frequencies of notes on an A-string are just overlapping with that of endpins/rods/pipes adjusted around 300mm length(between fixed two points). Something new topics on resonance might come out.
Cello-(1) : Filip Kuijken 2011 (8-year-old) with carbon/steel-pipe/Ti endpin
Cello-(2) : Made in Germany (estimate 114-year-old) with steel-pipe endpin changing tailpiece/endpin length
